Starting a New Session by Clicking on Real-Time Status Cells
You can configure your settings to enable clicking on a Monitor in the NOC or Details view of the Group Status screen to launch a new session. This allows you to jump directly to the specific Monitor configuration screen.
Follow the steps below to configure your settings:
- Access the Reports Center Interface by either clicking on the "Real-time and Historical Reports" option on the main login screen, or clicking the "Back" or "Home" option while in the Group Status Screen.
- Choose the "Edit My Settings" option.
- Under "New Configuration Settings", select either "Errors: Clicking any DOWN or WARN Monitor will popup a new session" or "All: Clicking any Monitor will popup a new session".
- Click "OK" or "Apply" to confirm your selection.
