How do I Move the Trial ipMonitor Installation to a Different Directory?

The trial version of ipMonitor can only be installed in one location at a time. In order to move the Trial ipMonitor installation to another directory/drive, proceed with the following:

  1. Uninstall ipMonitor.
  2. After uninstalling, there will be user files left behind in the directory. Move these manually to the desired location.
  3. Install ipMonitor in the desired location. The user files will not be overwritten.
  4. Obtain a Trial Extension from the Support department.
